Celebrating an employment success story during NDEAM

🌟 🌟 Cassy started in Jan 2022 as a 🧼 custodial specialist. She had never worked before and was nervous on her first day. It took time, patience, and training, 📚 and Cassy grew to become one of the most helpful and supportive team members at LAHH. Learning how to communicate with her coworkers was probably the hardest part of the job, Cassy shared, as she wanted to understand each person’s unique way of connecting. 🪴We celebrate 💜💛 Cassy, her new job as a teacher’s assistant, and will continue to cheer 🎉 her on as she brings empathy, kindness, and goodness to this new adventure.
